CUSTOMER SERVICE & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship to all 50 states. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. If UPS delivery is not available to your location we will ship via United States Postal Service priority mail. We cannot ship orders via COD.

SHIPPING CHARGES

    • UPS ground shipping rate to continental United States determined by product weight and destination (add an item to your cart to get estimated shipping costs)
    • Express shipping to Alaska or Hawaii extra

RETURN POLICY

In the event that you may need to make a return, to process that return as efficiently as possible, please note our return policy:

Please email etabrasives@gmail.com to get your return authorization. Returns made prior to obtaining a return authorization will not be processed. All returns must be in their original packaging and shipped back to to the return address on the original invoice. A copy of your invoice or packing slip must be included with the returned items.

Product must be returned within 14 days from the date of invoice.

Claims of discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipts of products.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer four shipping options for most orders under 150lbs, sent to addresses within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii): Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, and Ground Shipping.

Please note the following:

  • Orders over 150lbs may only be sent via freightliner (Ground shipping + A Freightliner Charge)
  • If you are paying using check or SECURE-eBill, please allow adequate payment processing time. Payment must be processed before your order can be shipped
  • For International Orders, we offer expedited and express shipping

DO YOU ALWAYS SHIP MULTIPLE ITEMS TOGETHER?

Items ordered together are not always shipped together.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, we ship to many international destinations including: Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, Japan, France, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Holland, Hong Kong, Italy, Northern Ireland, Norway, Scotland, Singapore, Spain and Sweden. We can also arrange delivery to many other countries, you can call to find these rates.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DOES ETA OFFER FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Depending on the item, delivery options, and destination, we ship international orders via: UPS, FedEx or DHL.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Order processing takes 2-4 days; delivery time depends on your destination, but generally takes 8-10 business days

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

International Orders are governed by our Standard Return Policy with the following amendments:
  • International Customers bear full responsibility for insuring return merchandise arrives at our warehouse within 20 days or initiating a return, including all incurred shipping, duty and tax charges
  • Manufacture warranties sometimes vary in countries other than the United States, please contact the respective Manufacturer to find out whether coverage varies in your country.
